lndwalton I just pulled out the Free People Off the Shoulder Tunic that you just purchased to get ready to ship. I am not sure what happened to the tags that were on it (advertised with tags on) but it is brand new/never worn - I didn't like it on me. jacedie hi there! I sent your Ugg booties out last Saturday and I think I shipped them to myself! I cannot apologize enough. They are to be delivered today and unless you live in my same city, it was an error on my part. The UPS store I went to did not show me the label because they were busy. If they do come to me, they will immediately go back out and I will make sure they go to you. I am so sorry for the inconvenience.

jacedie well... maybe I am that dumb. The package delivered to me was a different item I ordered. I had tracking texts sent for both and got the number mixed up. Your shoes are in transit. Here is the tracking number. It says delivery is scheduled for today. 420490479400128699937965163502

jacedie It won't let me share a picture here of a screen shot. The shipping label was created on the 4th. Picked up by USPS on the 7th and left Denver the 9th. I'm not sure what is taking it so long other than Christmas. Do you have an email that I could send you the tracking number? I'm sorry for the slow action.

angiesaur Hi Susan! I ordered the Kristy Doc Marten boots on 11/26 but as of today, I have not received them. The tracking number I received shows that USPS was supposed to deliver on 12/2 but the tracking stopped on 11/28. Are you able to track it down on your end?
