Hey Sundy, if it is okay with you I am going to take the bag to my shoe/leather guy tomorrow to see if he can get that spot out. It is driving me nuts. I put leather cleaner on it and I think I made it worse. He has buffing machine that will get it out. I want you to love it. It is crazy how much better these older bags are than the new Dooney's. I just compared as new one to the older ones and WOW! They need to go back to their old ways. lol
