brookesgov hi there. I am very sorry to read that you were unable to cancel your order and are dissatisfied with your purchase. I did state the color of the pants in the listing and supplied quite a few photos. I try very hard to clearly represent what I am selling and i always try to please my buyers. I have contacted poshmark for help since I have never encountered this situation before and receiving such a low rating jeopardizes my business. I hope it can be worked out to your satisfaction.

slovrich @brookesgov I hadn’t really intended to give you such a low rating, however I wanted Poshmark to realize this issue. I guess I could have done it a different way. But I wasn’t thinking at the time. You did nothing wrong. And I will change the rating due to the fact that it is not your fault. I apologize for doing this.

brookesgov @slovrich thank you very much. i appreciate that. anytime there is an issue you can reach out to the other posher and they will cancel or change any order. you can reposh the pants using that button in your purchases and since they are new you should sell them quickly.
