collective_bee @spenben23 your not at a pain at all! I put the straps in the down position so they wouldn’t get bent during shipping. When you move them to the “up” carrying position they can appear twisted. Easy to correct. Simply turn or rotate one side of the handle until the straps are straight. Generally if you twist them in the opposite direction of each other at the base of the B they go right in to place. Please let me know if this doesn’t work 🤗
