stefanieklara Hi @aymara_gaddi : I checked the tracking number and this is the info I received: Your item was returned to the Post Office for address verification on September 26, 2019 at 10:32 am in WELLINGTON, FL 33414 because of an incomplete address. Your item will go out for delivery on the next business day if the address can be verified.

stefanieklara I just had a very similar problem here-the postal carrier indicated that they were unable to deliver (which makes no sense) and so they tried again, but it took almost a week. I'm sorry, I think your best bet is to leave a note for your postal carrier or contact your local branch. It has not been returned to me, but if I get any further updates I will let you know!

stefanieklara @momma2bkr oh my goodness, of course! I completely understand. I never thought anything different. I am sorry if it seemed cold- I was not sure the best way to handle this. I had to cancel a sale because a pair of shoes got smushed/damaged and I felt awful.
