newoldworld @alexis_comeaux Thank you so much!!! My first question is how can I message someone after they buy one of my items? I like to thank my buyers and let them know I’m shipping it out the day of or the next day depending on when they buy it.

alexis_comeaux @newoldworld Great question - one I struggled with! My guardian ambassador @claudiasvintage advises this: leave a comment on the buyers “Meet the Posher” photo, same as how you posted a message to your new fellow posh mate. That’s what most posh sellers do. Other sellers comment on the item they sold and tag the buyer in that comment to let them know they’re shipping the item or they have already shipped it. Besides that, there’s no way to actually privately message someone.

newoldworld @alexis_comeaux After I sell an item and it’s confirmed that it’s been delivered. I know the buyer has 3 full days after it’s delivered to accept it. Do I need to do anything in the mean time until they accept the item?

alexis_comeaux @newoldworld Hello Beautiful🦋💞 No, there is nothing you need to do during the 3 day acceptance period. If the buyer has not “accepted” the item after the 3 day of delivery, Poshmark will compensate you as purchased. Congrats!

alexis_comeaux I notice u liked several of my items. Do u wish for me to create a bundle? A tip I received from my guardian posher is if someone likes an item, start a bundle for them with that item. From bundle, you may offer a discount (even though it’s a single item). Within the bundle, u aren’t forced to make a shipping discount, as happens when making an offer to Likers from ur closet. Honored to give u a hefty discount, as u have been sharing my closet like gangbusters. I appreciate u!

newoldworld @alexis_comeaux I love everything in your closet! I didn’t want to give you false hope by liking everything in your closet and not buying anything. Im not ready for you to start a bundle for me yet, but thank you so much for asking and willing to give me a great deal! I got about 18lbs left of baby weight to lose. A lot of your items were my size before I was pregnant. Im saving up my money to go shopping once I lose the weight. I hate to buy anything, especially if I can’t wear it right now.

A person message me interested in one of my items, however, they want me to send them an email to finish out the transaction. I would normally assume this is a scammer. Is this something normal people do this platform? If this does seem like scam how do I reported? Thank you!!!

alexis_comeaux @newoldworld Hi me dear! How are you?!? I would err on side of caution! Totally sounds like scammer!! There is a way to report - I know I’ve seen it somewhere - I think if you go to their profile you can somehow designate. Let me research!
