bluebrick @llolli14 as for making sales...I'm pretty new to this, but it seems like the days that I list more, I have more sales--and not the items I just listed! I think listing new items is favored by the algorithm...I'm also in a facebook group--I think it's called 5 star Posh Sellers (?) and they are hard core sellers who do share trades and offer great advice. I really love Posh--so I'm hoping to grow my closet and my business here. Thank you for all of the shares! I love your closet too!

helenfrangoulis Hi stacey, you are an amazing lady and I purchased from you the Cole Hahn jacket that arrived so quickly and though it’s a beautiful jacket, it is so incredibly tiny even though it’s marked medium that I am not able to fit in it. I can tell that you are a very caring and wonderful seller but I now have a jacket that Is of no use to me.

bluebrick @helenfrangoulis Please contact Poshmark support. Unfortunately Poshmark does not allow for sellers to initiate order returns or refunds, unlike other online selling sites. I understand that you may be disappointed or frustrated and if there were something that I could do to fix this, I certainly would. Again, I am really sorry the jacket does not work for you and I am hopeful that Poshmark support can offer a resolution that works for you.
