hopevmartinez I bought a pair of shoes that was listed as an EU 38. Upon receiving the shoes it was actually a size 36, I was in contact with the seller. And while attempting to respond to the sell in our conversation I accidentally hit the accept button. The sell had agreed to accept the shoes back, but now is not responding to my request for a return label for refund due to the seller listing the the as a 38 and not the actual size which is a 36. I have asked several times to please make this right
