debbiemalina If you were not happy and if there were that many issues with the skirt You were more than welcome to open a case ! .you would’ve gotten an approved return . I think you were just upset that you didn’t get it at the price you offered or you would’ve tried to return it! I’m not sure if you read my description but it did mention the issue with the waist ,you bought it knowing this! It’s not my fault If you did not read the description .these bogus ratings are ridiculous!
