jcornelius5 Hi Sherry! It says the payment was take for the full zip black sweater. Poshmark tried to deduct another amount from my account. I’m not sure what you are seeing on your end. I would like to purchase the sweater. I don’t know what happened. It was a Christmas gift card I used. I hope we can get this resolved.

jcornelius5 It says the payment went through and deducted it from my account then tried to charge me a second time and there was 13.00 left on the gift card. The payment was taken for the correct amount. Something isn’t right. It was a 50 dollar gift card.

doginamanger @jcornelius5 that’s terrible, how disappointing!! No money exchanged on my end so sounds like something internal with Poshmark. I’m so sorry as I know this was suppose to be a fun Christmas gift and now it’s turning into a headache. I don’t think there’s a lot I can do on my end but I’m happy to help if needed.

jcornelius5 Oh you know something weird happened. It says it went through for the grey jacket. Not the black one. I can’t screen shot. There is one listed under the name @lovelycloset12. I’m not sure how that happened. Ugh I really wanted the black jacket you listed. I’m sorry for the mixup. I don’t understand what happened.

doginamanger @jolie2277 I don’t think so, but I can double check. The only problem is that I’m at work today, I’ll be home later this pm and can get back with a more defiant answer then. It looks like it the photo, but I don’t recall seeing a dent, as I would have featured this defect in my description. I just need to take a second look to be sure. I’m thinking it’s the crappy lighting I use, but again I want to be sure.
