msdalisa Wow is right. The description of the item was not accurate. The description stated minimal wear and fading mostly on the bottom. There's fading on the back and on the straps and the purse overall looks used. I released payment because, well I guess I got what a 32.00 bag would look like. Very disappointed in what I received based on what the picture online looks like and what was described. I will be trying to sell this to one of my local cosignment shops.
