ticklemedee62 hi Shelby. I just received my order and it's half wrong lol. I order the Givenchy necklace and a doncraft brooch. got the necklace but instead of the brooch I got a child size bracelet. lol

shelbyrawles @ticklemedee62 please check all the packing in the box, I’m sure the Danecraft brooch (cat laying in a hammock) was in there. The bracelet was a gift and should have had a thank you slip of paper. I am positive the brooch was in the box. Please check and let me know.

shelbyrawles @ticklemedee62 btw, I do this with my daughter, I’m 67, so I feel ya! 😂 I have a huge collection of mostly vintage jewelry (don’t wear any but love looking at it and handling it). Over 700 items listed here, sometimes it gets confusing, lol. That Danecraft brooch is pretty old, at least 50 years.

rubyring36 I bought two items I bought them in a bundle but I see you didn't ship them this way. why would you not bundle them so I could save on shipping.

rubyring36 I actually bought three items in a bundle I was wondering if you could not charge me for shipping this item. I always try to bundle because 7.50 is a an extremely high price. I don't know what happened that these items were not bundled. I think 22.50 is to much to pay for 4 items of jewelry.

shelbyrawles @rubyring36 hello. When you purchased them you did it separately instead of purchasing the bundle. If you check your purchases you will see 2 separate purchases instead of 1 bundle. I didn’t notice until it came time to ship them, by then it was too late to change anything. If you purchase from us again, remind me and I will give you discounted shipping.

shelbyrawles In the future, put the items in a bundle and make sure when it’s time to pay that all items are listed with one shipping charge. You would think that Posh would catch multiple items being paid for back to back but obviously they do not. Especially since you bundled them to start. So sorry!

shelbyrawles @rubyring36 I contacted Posh and asked them to refund the full amount of the Fossil necklaces. Auto response said they would reply in 24 hours. I’ll let you know what they tell me when I hear from them. I agree that 7.45 shipping for jewelry is high. I also sell on other sites where shipping is much lower, like half. Posh handles the shipping, seller has no control. 😩

shelbyrawles @rubyring36 ey yi yi! When it rains it pours! I cannot find those Fossil necklaces. I have hundreds of listings, kept alphabetical, they are not in the Fossil bag. I’ve literally gone through everything! Since I have the shipping label I know where to send a cash refund but I will not use the label in case Posh cancels it.

shelbyrawles @rubyring36 I’m going to wait a couple of days to see if Posh refunds full amount for Fossil as I requested. If they refund full amount I will send the extra shipping charge for the first 2 items even though I had nothing to do with that, it was the way you purchased. It was 7.45. If they don’t refund the Fossil I will send 23.90, cost of Fossil plus the extra shipping charge.
