Hi! I'm Sheila. with 5 boys and 3 dogs Negative reviews do not help in a positive way. The proceeds from online sales go to the kids for sports, shoes, barber shop hair cuts, and nice new things. We are a pet friendly garage only smoking home. Items are cleaned up and washed before shipping. Some items still get by at times that smell, I apologize. When I am unavailable, I have helpers. They don't do the same process as I do. We do try to satisfy the world, and that's not easy. If you do, by chance, get an order you are not happy with... Let me fix it, please. I am pretty easygoing, and we are all trying to raise families. I will continue to work with the boys on how I would do things. Thanks for stopping by!
