sheenasanner @amymb1971 I don't understand the basis of your message. I gave you a fair rating for the service and item you provided. The ring was dirty, white flecks like paint in the grooves and it was sent in a baggie. Provide better service for your customers and they want to give you higher rating. I'm sorry you have family stuff going on, but also you never know what others are going through so be kind and give everyone 100 percent even when it is difficult to do.

sheenasanner @amymb1971 this is not appropriate. I have no need to lie. I accepted the ring and cleaned it. I was also told it was never worn, brand new. You are starting a fight. This is not professional.

sheenasanner @amymb1971 I wasn't in a rush to buy a ring and didn't want to buy from a store when people are trying to sell perfectly good NEW items. It's a form of recycling to me. I cleaned the item and am keeping it. You are the one who is deceptive. The listing claimed the ring was new and never worn and you stated your husband wore it for two weeks. It's not fair to trick others for your own gain.
