samaiya717 The packaging on the Uggs were so bad. You told me you didn't have the original box but you'd be sure to put them in a box and I specifically made sure it would have been shipped in a box so it didn't crush and crease which it did also u stuffed them into a shipping envelope which didn't protect it from the rain we had here in NY. I'm definitely trying to work it out with Posh for a return.

samaiya717 @sheaburnett the post office provides free boxes. I intend on returning them but unfortunately there's a lot of protocol that needs to be followed to ensure a full refund. They're drenched as it was left on my porch until I got home that evening.
