Is it customary for potential buyers to request a direct text/telephone call prior to completing a purchase? I've had this a couple of times. I did not text or call, but did inquire if there were any questions that I could address. No reply. Please help 😭. Have I sabotaged potential sales? Thank you.

court_b_finds @shannoncolli998 Hi! No, I personally never conduct any communication outside of the Poshmark app! If you do, none of your sales are protected. Anything they need can be done through the app. Otherwise, they may be trying to scam you!
