seicass @roomefind hi there...thank you for your support. When buyers ask me to email them about a piece for sell do I email them from my personal email address or is there a poshmark email I am unaware of...please advise...thx!

roomefind @seicass You do not email them with either. I suggest reporting them as trying to make a transaction off Posh or scammer.

roomefind @seicass Not a problem, you click on the duplicated listing and click edit listing, then scroll to the bottom and click delete listing.

sph1980 @seicass Hello, it looks like you’ve sold multiple items, have you not received payment on any? Your funds will be in “Pending Funds” status until the buyer accepts your item or until 72 hours after your purchaser has received your item. If it is not accepted after 72 hours, posh releases your funds.

sph1980 @seicass if you go to “My Balance” it will tell you what funds are pending and what is available to you. How long ago did you ship your items?

sph1980 @seicass have you checked the tracking to make sure your items were received by the buyer? If they have received them, it will say “pending acceptance”. As I mentioned, they have 3 days to accept. If they do not, Poshmark automatically accepts for them and releases your funds.
