sarahkay524 @goldsisters Hi! I sold a Kate Spade dress and it appears to have been damaged in the shipment. I'm devastated! The buyer, of course, wants to return it and I don't blame her. But now it seems I have a ruined product. Do you have any idea if Posh covers these issues? I dont believe given the damage Ill be able to resell it. Thanks for any insight!

goldsisters @sarahkay524 Hi- if you can prove that is was damaged during shipping Poshmark might refund the buyer and your account as well. My best advice is to contact Poshmark support and explain the situation. I hope this is helpful.
