Meet your Posher, Sarah

Hey there fellow Posh-Peoples! My name is Sarah and I'm a 3rd generation thrifter slash junk store owner (that means thrift store around here). I'm an artist/crafter in the Appalachian mountains of Eastern Kentucky. Currently, Im making artisan soaps and creating jewelry and art with locally found crystals and gemstones...such as the bucket of citrine in my studio as we speak. I live 10 minutes away from Daniel Boone National Forest and have a degree in Forestry...the passion of which was discovered during summer jobs at state parks leading guided hikes and backpacking trips, rock climbing, kayaking and just enjoying the acres of woods on our family farm..foraging and utilizing the medicinal and edible plants in abundance. The only thing I enjoy more than being creative and hugging trees is hitting up all the junk stores, antique shops and generous old folks' basements and barns for vintage items of all sorts....and sharing my finds with others. My grandmother, as well as my mother, have always owned second hand shops...so I come by it natural. Browse through my closet and ask questions, haggle on the price and even ask me about any specific items you may be looking for. If I don't have it somewhere around here, I can almost guarantee that I can round it up. I also love to barter and trade, so seriously...talk to me! No strict set of rules or guidelines here!
