poshbethanne Hi Sarah: I was packing up the Steve Madden booties and noticed a flaw that I did not disclose- a nick on the inside heel of the left shoe - I am so sorry I can't believe I didn't note it. The photo of the heels shows it and I can also post another closer photo. I completely understand if you want to cancel and did not mean to deceive. Let me know If you would like them for $20 and I can cancel the sale and send you the new offer. Again, I am very sorry for the inconvenience :( Beth
