Hi there. I am so very sorry for my mistake with listing the wrong size on the dress. I sincerely apologize for that. Unfortunately I have chemo brain and am not always thinking 100% from all of the meds I have to take. It was an honest mistake, I assure you.

Customer Satisfaction is very important to me. I was in medical equipment sales for 14 years before I got sick and had to stop working, so I’ve always been extra motivated by making customers happy. I can absolutely cancel this order and refund you your money and pay for the shipping back to me. Can you please let me do that for you?

Thanks for your email, but I’m confused and don’t exactly know how to fix this this issue. Are you saying that the Buyer needs to issue a complaint because I’ve already been released the funds because she waited 3 full days? There has to be a way to reverse the sale. I’m giving you permission to take the funds out of my account after she returns the dress to me. Would that be possible?

@sarahandandrew Or…you can just mail me back the dress with the receipt for postage and I will reimburse you via V….o for the dress & postage. My one condition is that you reverse my 1 star rating to at least a 4 for the honest mistake & for fixing the issue, once it’s all said and done. Would that work for you?

@sarahandandrew it sucks b/c PM took their cut and aren’t giving it back. So, I will cover what they made on it too because I’m an honest person and feel very badly for the mistake I made. I want to correct it, even if that means paying for PM’s commission & postage, ok?
