anamarisav14 Hi there. I am so very sorry for my mistake with listing the wrong size on the dress. I sincerely apologize for that. Unfortunately I have chemo brain and am not always thinking 100% from all of the meds I have to take. It was an honest mistake, I assure you.

anamarisav14 Customer Satisfaction is very important to me. I was in medical equipment sales for 14 years before I got sick and had to stop working, so I’ve always been extra motivated by making customers happy. I can absolutely cancel this order and refund you your money and pay for the shipping back to me. Can you please let me do that for you?

anamarisav14 @sarahandandrew And then I replied: Hi Ashley, Thanks for your email, but I’m confused and don’t exactly know how to fix this this issue. Are you saying that the Buyer needs to issue a complaint because I’ve already been released the funds because she waited 3 full days? There has to be a way to reverse the sale. I’m giving you permission to take the funds out of my account after she returns the dress to me. Would that be possible?

anamarisav14 @sarahandandrew Or…you can just mail me back the dress with the receipt for postage and I will reimburse you via V….o for the dress & postage. My one condition is that you reverse my 1 star rating to at least a 4 for the honest mistake & for fixing the issue, once it’s all said and done. Would that work for you?

anamarisav14 @sarahandandrew it sucks b/c PM took their cut and aren’t giving it back. So, I will cover what they made on it too because I’m an honest person and feel very badly for the mistake I made. I want to correct it, even if that means paying for PM’s commission & postage, ok?
