sarahbethany50 @johnniebella hi, I apologize that this back and forth is happening, the Poshmark team responded yesterday saying they released the case and do not accept partial refunds. I 100% tried to adjust it but is was out of my control, I am very very sorry, I tried! I will email them again to see if there is anything we can do.

sarahbethany50 @johnniebella I emailed poshmark this morning to see why they reversed the case, I am going to try my best! I think we need to get this resolved before doing a new post because anyone could purchase it and then it will get even messier. I am sorry this is happening!

sarahbethany50 @johnniebella I understand this is a frustrating situation but I did not “approve” their decision or encourage it, if anything I asked twice if they would give a partial refund and it was denied. I ask you to take it up with their team, there’s no way to adjust on my end. I am not going to send anything outside of the poshmark platform, that is against their policy. I am truly sorry you are disappointed in the purse, it is a great purse and could be resold I am sure.
