sarah_aren Wow. I was delayed in shipping an item due to a major snowstorm that garnered national media attention. I work in the medical field & have to work during severe weather, which can be stressful since we are often short staffed in such circumstances. I also have small children who I make arrangements for when schools are closed for inclement weather. I'm not a bad person and don't appreciate the personal attack from someone who doesn't know me. I work hard and have a LIFE.

sarah_aren No mail was running for at least 3 days; in fact, items that I had ordered were also delayed, but I have a life outside of watching the mailbox and didn't make a huge ordeal out of it.

emilyvh I had a super frustrating experience. I ordered on Jan 6 and it still had not shipped by Jan 24, and since it was a swim suit for a quickly approaching vacation I had to cancel. I understand that life happens sometimes, but there was almost zero communication despite my numerous efforts to get an update. I definitely felt disrespected and ignored. Why sell online if you can’t follow through.
