strawnsj @maridalys hey there ! I have a question about the shipping... if I sell an item I get a label emailed to me and I print it... I get a free box at the post office ?

maridalys @strawnsj so once you get an order you check your email account for a sale confirmation email. Attached to that email is pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label. Print it out and put it on your box.Make sure you're using the correct box. If you are using a USPS box (which we encourage because they are free), they must be Priority Mail boxes (also includes Priority Mail Flat Rate or Priority Mail Regional Rate). Express Mail boxes are NOT allowed. Any standard brown box will work too!

maridalys @strawnsj Once you have packaged your sale, you can drop it in the corner mailbox (if it fits) or at the nearest US Post Office.

allfrockedup Hi Sara. Welcome to Posh & congratulations on starting your closet. Here are a couple of things I wish I knew when I started. First, follow closets you like (check out mine!) and share share share. Second, play around with all the filters & sorts to really narrow down for your best matches - it works. And 3rd, And 3rd, your fellow poshers are great sources of information, just reach out. Have fun & happy poshing!

strawnsj @zsazsakranes hey there ! I was wondering if I could ask a question. I just made my first sale but I don’t have a printer on hand. Will I be able to see the shipping label more than once so I can either email it to someone to print for me. Or open it again to print it later. Thanks !

allfrockedup @strawnsj Congratulations! Yes, you can email the file to anyone with a printer, basically just firward it from your email to theirs. You can also request a new label if you need to do so - click on the sale in your profile & you'll see a bunch of different unfi. Toward the bottom is the request a new label option. Click it and proceed. So happy you made a sale! Yay!!!!

allfrockedup @strawnsj you can also download the label from your email and save it as a pdf file. You can open print or forward/attach that pdf file at any time. 😘😘
