enjoyingmyoils2 Hello Sophia, I putchased the Pura Vida bracelets but they are so small I cant barely get them on a dolls wrist let alone an adult! They do not adjust. Any ideas?

sc0928 @enjoyingmyoils2 all Pura Vida bracelets are made to adjust and all of these do too! You have to gently pull on the sides of the bracelet and they should open up

desa_nicosmom I HONESTLY feel and know, with every cell in my body this; if I sold an item to a person who bought it thinking there was more included with the purchase, without a doubt my response would be, "So sorry about the misunderstanding, you can ship it back, I'll refund the purchase price." It just seems like the right way to handle the situation.

sc0928 @desa_nicosmom @desa_nicosmom I did remind you that I am very sorry about there being a misunderstanding and I feel that this is a learning lesson on both sides. Unfortunately, I do not accept returns based off of Poshmark’s guidelines which say “All sales are final.” The only time you are able to make a return on any order from Poshmark is if the item is damaged or it was not as described.

sc0928 @desa_nicosmom The item I delivered to you was exactly as described, and unfortunately I have no control over refunds on Poshmark. There’s no way for me to have your refund money for you or a shipping label to send it back because it’s against Poshmark’s policy to return things. Poshmark deals with all of the money and I only am able to transfer it for my use. I have no way of giving it back to anyone else.
