taralynn2121 Hello! You purchased my torrid heeled lace up boots and gave a 1/5 star rating. Typically ratings are correlated to customer service, + if the item was accurately described in the photo, not if you want a return or if you didn’t like the item. Poshmark gives the option to return the item before you rate the experience of delivery + customer service. What can I improve upon in the future so I can give the best customer experience possible?

sandrod35 @taralynn2121 I opened up a case with Poshmark since these boots are damaged and cannot be worn. I hope there is something that can be done since I accepted offer before I saw this huge hole.

taralynn2121 @sandrod35 I don’t recall a hole being in the boots anywhere . They are brand new from the manufacturer warehouse, unsold I have the boots very well documented with many photos that can show there is no hole.
