@bellebeauxtique ( Continued) there is actually not a lot you can do. That’s the bad news - so sorry. I actually went to each of my sales and emailed Posh Support individually on each of them with a screenshot of the error message and the sale with the buyers info. When they send the response email saying your email was received- look to see if they attached your label

Hi Robin!! Thank you so much for the purchase of the i Buffalo shirt! It's soooo cute!! I live rurally and our post office is not open on weekends.
