maggiejd Hi! Off topic, but I love your hair! I'm hoping to go silver-grey as well, does the maintenance drive you crazy? I've never been able to talk to somebody who has the same color as you!

whiskeymoonchld @maggiejd hi!! The hair in this picture is actually a wig (: I had my own hair this color silver for about 4 months though about a year ago! I had waist length hair and after about a year of bleaching and cutting, all of it to a bob length, it was finally the right color to be able to do the silver dye. The touching

whiskeymoonchld up of the dye had to be done every three weeks because once the color wasn't as fresh, it looked dull and sad lol. Silver is my favorite hair color but I don't recommend doing it unfortunately :/ I don't want to discourage you at all! I just want you to be aware of all the bleaching, cutting, and maintenance it takes to get to this color! And once you're at the color, the touching up is horrendous!

I was OK with the bleaching and cutting (my hair is healthy and I've got a ton of length that needs to come off), it was the maintenance that has been making me hesitate. For what it's worth, you look fantastic with silver hair! And thank you again for your honesty, I really appreciate it!
