elephanttrunk Rhonda, sorry I measured the top and for some odd reason I failed to post it. I’m so sorry. No excuse but I have been on the phone with numerous people and forever holds trying to locate my lost luggage. Norwegian took over, found it and shipped it to me. Ok the measurements for the Medium are under arm to arm is 24” and L is 29” Size Small arm to arm is 22” L 27”
