ny2sarasota Hi Reem, I purchased the puffy Zara beige boots from you. Unfortunately they did not fit. I would like to know if I could do an exchange for two bags. I would pay for the shipping. Please let me know as I am also a student in Nursing. I took care of my parents full time for ten years and both passed. reembakri @ny2sarasota Hey love! I apologize, I cannot do a return because a return request was not officially done via Poshmark. I have no right to initiate a return on my end. Once and item is received and 3 days go by without a return request from the buyer with a valid reason then money is automatically deposited in my account. You can feel free to relist the shoes on your page for $150 so you can get as much as your money back.

reembakri @ny2sarasota Unfortunately sizing issues is not a valid reason you could have asked me prior to purchase for dimensions of the shoes in inches or any questions in regard to if it is a narrow or a wide fit, I would have happily have answered. But no questions were asked so it isn’t like I gave incorrect information, please feel free to read the rules and regulations on returns on Posh. It is mostly if an item is inauthentic or has been completely described improperly. I am so sorry!

reembakri @ny2sarasota I believe they contacted you via email and stated similar response to what I just said. I am so sorry again. Always ask sellers questions before purchasing because all sales are technically final on Poshmark unless for extreme circumstances…
