dv1011 @rebeccgraham Hi Rebecca! I am wondering how does the extra shipping label work exactly? I made an expensive mistake and created the extra shipping post, the customer paid for it then I paid the extra shipping at the post office. Was confused. 🫤

rebeccgraham @dv1011 hey Debbie! When it’s a larger sale beyond the weight limit, you just add it to their bundle as an extra item. Yes, you will pay more for shipping but adding the extra shipping listing will help make up that difference. Make sense?
