Hey, there. You purchased a pair of jeans from me the other day (Old Navy) and I just received an email saying I sent them to the incorrect buyer and you are getting her shoes she bought. If you would open a case when you receive the package (after opening package and confirming they are the shoes), I'd appreciate it.

Poshmark will allow you to ship the package back and after I receive both packages, I can reship each to the correct address. I sincerely apologize...this has never happened before 😞 I shipped two packages out the same day and mixed up the labels on the packages...

@ryasclothesrack it’s totally fine, I’m just a bit confused on what to do when they arrive. You said something about a case and accepting the shoes? Should I just ship the shoes back as soon as I receive them?

@becca_xp So, when you receive the package, please open it to make sure they are the shoes (this is what I mean by "confirm the shoes" - just double check it is the shoes in the package). Then you can open a case with Poshmark and Poshmark will walk you through returning the shoes. Once I get both packages, I will get two new shipping labels and I will be able to reship them to the correct address 😊

@becca_xp Go to your purchases. Click on the jeans and press "problems / order inquiry". Then click "order not as described". You can say be I sent you shoes instead of jeans.

@becca_xp If you do not open a case (or accept the package) with 3 days of receiving the package, the funds are automatically released and you will not be able to open a case nor return the package. You can open a case yourself by going to your purchase and following the steps I posted above.

@becca_xp I just received an email saying Poshmark sent you and the other buyer a shipping label to ship the items to each other. Please keep me updated (as I will ask from the other buyer) so I can make sure you are both getting what your ordered. I sincerely apologize for the mistake & I am happy we could work this out. If there is anything I can help you with in the future, please let me know. I have never made this mistake before and will be EXTRA careful from now on...thank you!
