jude1123 @ruaida11 Go into the listing and at the bottom you'll see a blue box with blue words "Price Drop". Click "Offer To Likers (Private)" and make an offer. The offer has to be at least 10% less than the listing amount. An easy way to do it is to click the calculator icon, and you can choose 10%, 20%, or 30%. You also have to offer a shipping discount of either $1.99 or $6.49. It's going to show your net earnings if one of your likers buys it.

jude1123 @ruaida11 Check your news - if the offer went through it'll let you know. If you didn't give enough of a discount, it will say that the offer was NOT sent but will be if you offer a lower price. Sometimes you'll have to lower it more than once - always check your newsfeed to see if it was sent and tell you how many likers it was sent to.

jude1123 @ruaida11 To share with a single liker: 1 - Copy the person's username. 2 - Go to the listing you want to share. 3 - Hit the little square "Share" icon. 4 - Hit the search (magnifying glass). 5 - Enter the person's username and do the search. 6 - Select the user. 7 - Go to your username icon (lower right corner). 8 - Go to "Bundles" and click "Selling". 9 - Offer a dollar amount and send it.

jude1123 @ruaida11 You should have the shipping label attached to an email in the account that you use for Poshmark. Go to that email account and search for "Poshmark shipping label"; it'll be a pdf in the email that was sent to you notifying you of that particular sale. It should also be in "My Sales" in the app as a pdf. You get to it by hitting the icon with your username at the bottom right of the app.

jude1123 @ruaida11 Also attach a little "Thank you" note. I'll use a Postit note if I don't have a card available. I write "Thank you so much! Enjoy! Jude". I also include a little gift - a piece of jewelry that's cute that I have, a piece of SEALED candy, just something that's small and relatively inexpensive. jude1123 @ruaida11 You should package it and make it look pretty. A lot of people will wrap the item in a piece of tissue paper and wrap it with ribbon. You can do whatever you like that makes the package that's pretty and personal.

ruaida11 @jude1123 such a difficult interface. I’m still struggling with it. I can’t figure out how to chat with users who purchased my items. I am also not sure if the label I’ve received for my next shipment is good for the weight of the package. How do I manage the labels?

jude1123 @ruaida11 To chat with other Poshers tag them (like to get me - @jude1123) in the item they're interested in, or go to their closet and comment in their "Meet the Posher" listing.

jude1123 @ruaida11 The label that you get automatically is for up to 4 lbs. 15 oz. Anything 5 lbs and over will need an upgraded label. Go to" Poshmark Support Center". It's near the bottom of the page you get when you click on the icon with your username at the bottom right. In the support center type in "over 5 lbs" and you'll get the FAQ with the steps you take to upgrade the label and the costs for the weights.
