raquelrojo @jendaskal hey! I sent the package last Sunday (I dropped into a mail box) and it seem that the Postal Service has lost it. I plan to go there on Monday morning to figure out what happened. Same happened with another two parcels that I sent the same day. In terms of cancelling, whatever you want. I apologize for the delay but I will do what I can to make it happen if you decide to not cancel.

I’m just a little stressed about when it will arrive because it will have to first go through Poshmark’s authentication process before I receive it. I really need the case before the 27th. Unfortunately, I’m in a tough spot because I’m not physically in the same city as the suitcase due to unforeseen circumstances that I have no control over. I think the best course of action to make sure that you get what you need for your trip, is that we cancel this purchase. I’m so sorry! I tried to get it done over the weekend but it wasn’t possible.

luciam86 Hi @raquelrojo I purchased the Mara Hoffman Juliana sweater in size small from you. I would like to take you up on your offer to return the sweater. I took it to a couple of dry cleaners and the sweater is felted, which means it was washed at some point not according to instructions. It isn’t in the right shape/size. I would really like to return this to you as it wasn’t sold exactly as described. Thank you.

I didn’t have to take it back because the sale was totally fair but I wanted to be cool with you. And poshmark wouldnt let me respond in our direct msg chain anymore. Look, the bottom line is that you sold me a sweater that wasn’t as advertised — it wasn’t NWT at all, and it was felted. I know it’s been a couple of months but that wasn’t fair and I’d like to see if there is a way we can resolve this.

luciam86 It says "NWT" at the top of the post. Not only did it not come with any tags, but it had been washed incorrectly and felted/shrunk. (Which to your last msg, still isn't "very good condition.") When I reached out to you, you offered to take it back. There's nothing "cool" about that -- it's the basic minimum considering that the sweater was not accurately described. It's on me that I didn't respond to you in time, so I'll accept that. I'm not continuing to waste my time conversing with you.
