bizzymommy44 @mysticmedic13 Hey there. I’m really at a loss. I received the package. The box was ripped open at one end, and nothing was packaged. There was no bubble wrap, no protection, nothing. When my daughter brought it in, everything literally just rolled out of that end that’s ripped.

The mirror on the highlights, came unglued and was out of the highlight palette, floating around, loose, in the box. I’ve paid good money for these. And I was even thinking about coming back for the record player. I wanted to touch base w you prior to doing the rating.

mysticmedic13 @bizzymommy44 First off I’m sorry for the packaging, But, other than the mirror, the camera and the eyeshadow pallet are in perfect condition. And you won’t find anyone who will give you those discounted prices on a Nikon camera that’s brand new or a brand new special edition urban decay pallet that’s sold out, but I do apologize for what happened to the box and for the blush pallet, that occurred during the shipping and handling of the box with USPS, which I have no control over.....

bizzymommy44 @mysticmedic13 Hey. That’s very generous and sweet. I wasn’t going to leave a bad rating, I just wanted to get w you first. I know they throw the boxes around and they don’t care. It wouldn’t have mattered too much if the items had been at least bubble wrapped. I’ll know more about the camera once I can get it hooked up. I just pray the mirror nor lense, were damaged.
