casfny @rachelurbach hi there, thanks for the purchase! I went to wrap the scarf last night and noticed it is full of white hair everywhere. I’m not sure if this is from my dog I used to have or what it is from. Either way, it will need to be dry cleaned and I’m not even sure if it will come off or look the same as the pictures after. I am really so sorry. It wasn’t like this before but I wanted to be honest about the condition of it before I ship it. Let me know what you would like me to do.

casfny @rachelurbach The scarf is new, it’s new with the tag still on it as in the pictures. If you want me to take it to the dry cleaners, I can try to get there on Saturday and see what they think. I’m supposed to be out of town this weekend with friends but I will see if I can delay the trip. I can’t go during the week as I work during their hours. I will let you know what they say. Thanks.

casfny @rachelurbach I’m sorry to hear that, I was hoping the dry cleaning would clean it. I’ve cancelled the order. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do. I thought it was better to tell you when I saw it versus ship when it was damaged. I’m really sorry again.
