zchicago Poshmark approved my request to return an unmatched set of salt and pepper shakers (2 different shades of grey). Although they took 5 days to reach a decision, the label they sent me was no longer acceptable for scanning at the Post Office after only 6 days. That part's not the seller's fault, but Poshmark has virtually no customer service, and is not responding to my requests for a new label (today is the last allowed day). Poshmark is not helping its sellers by being unavailable to buyers.
