zandziv Hi there, could you please explain to me why you left a 4 stars rate ? I sent the shoes that you chose at a fraction of the original price , shoes that were hardly worn 4 pairs at 18 dollars with discounted shipping average 4.50 per pair , since two pairs Italian leather were worn four times, one pair never worn and another with a small defect that was shown in photo and was worn twice , and then I enclosed a brand new pair of earrings as a gift i wonder why you gave a 4 stars rate ?!

zandziv @perla_des thanks for your reply , could you tell me which pair please ? I need to reclassify in my storage room I have almost two hundred pair of shoes and if this type of error caused a rating demerit I must correct my process for packing and label them
