aldika Just purchased Rugby stripe clutch yellow/navy blue/white clutch. In my opinion, it looks a bit dingy especially the white stripes as well as that dirty spot. Not looking for junk.but decent stuff. Can you please give me an honest opinion regarding the condition is the dinginess and dirty spot from poor lighting or from usage. I do not do used stuff, as I deal with human energy and do my best to give and receive positivity. So that’s why the question. Please respond, neither of our times.

peachtrix @aldika good morning. You are right... the photo does not show the true color, specially the white stripes. I just checked this purse again under the natural morning light... i am confident that you will never regret purchasing this. Those yellow dots near the zipper were already there when i purchased this. Ill be mailing it out soon. Thank you.

aldika I believe there’s a problem, it’s now May 15, 2020. I have no idea what method of shipment you used. I have USPS, UPS, and FEDEX accounts. If I had known this debacle would have been this long I would have gladly forwarded you a label to have this issue expedited.

aldika I really need to get some clarity? Though we’re in this crisis, I’m believing we will get through by God’s grace. I was trying to get this clutch for a planned event late summer, to wear with shoes that matches. Please find out and let me know as I’ll need my refund to start looking again.

We had contacted USPS and the status given was The items is on transit. We had opened a case with USPS, service request#09786746 and waiting for response. If by end of day Monday, your item hasn’t been delivered, we will start refund. Again we do apologized for this delay and we will update you as soon as we hear back from usps.
