summer2winter @pavaproductions Dear Pava. I am so sorry I have to cancel this order. I was about to pack the cat figurine when I saw one side of it was chipped and cracked. I believe that my cleaning crew did it, put it back where it was, but did not tell me about the damage. The front looks good, but the back and a side do not. I apologize for cancelling this order. mypinkboutique2 Hi Pava. Thank you your purchasing my glasses. They are beautiful. So when I went to the post office afternoon the employee told me that it was heavier than the label that I had on the package. I thought I had up to 10lbs. I was wrong and they were going to charge $60 I’m will figure out how to do this tomorrow. I definitely will need to cancel the order. Then probably repost for you but in two different transactions. I do apologize

lasilverqueen Due to the Holidays on December 23rd I couldn't used the Post Office to shipped the package. No even been to get inside to dropped. We have a Mail carrier who picked our mail and I gave it to him. We never have problems. The Post Office Distributions Center will process and then we will have a trucking #. Christmas is the highest volumes for the U.S. delivery, please just be patient. I am sorry for the inconvenient. Thanks for your purchase. Bst. regards. Eliana.
