balticqueen @dutchpatti Hi Patti, I still never received anything from Poshmark that u canceled the ring. So I guess u are stuck with two shipping fees. Sorry about that. It’s happened to me and a lot of other people as well.

balticqueen @dutchpatti. I imagine that Posh is going to tell me to mail out the ring to u, and then I will have to say u canceled, in which they will take your payment out of my account. So if that happens, they will then refund u, and u would only have to send me $13plus, because that is wat I would have gotten any way minus PM fees. So that extra $6 will have covered your 2nd shipping cost. And we both get wat we deserve, win win yaaay.😀🥰😀

balticqueen @dutchpatti No I never heard of that. If u make an accidental purchase you have to cancel it. And your $$ should have been refunded to u? Has it? And if it has I am saying u only owe me the 13 of which is wat I would have earned on the sale of the ring. Posh would never charge u 19 and not refund it. So u lost out on nothing really. U really would only owe me 13$. AND I have been on here since 2013, posh NEVER says to work it out with the other Posher.

balticqueen @dutchpatti I am going to message PM right now. And by now I dont give a flip about the dam ring. U r not telling the truth unless Posh is incredibly stupid and I dont think they are. I trusted u. I sent u a heavy SS ring wen u didnt even pay for it. And if it's on your card they usually take if off and credit u like the 3rd day. But seeing u canceled right away it wouldn't have even been put on your card and there us no deciding of anything.

dutchpatti @balticqueen. This is what they sent me: "...this moment, we are unable to cancel this order until after 7 days since the order had been placed. Not to worry, the seller can cancel the order on your behalf. The best way to communicate to the seller is through the comments section of any listing. If you’d like to reach out to a user via the comments section, begin by typing the @ symbol before their username (i.e. @username)." I'm not liking that you're telling me I'm lying when I'm not.

This means that once an offer is accepted by a seller, the order is complete and cannot be cancelled as an accidental purchase. balticqueen @dutchpatti ok if I am wrong I apologize. But I just wrote to them and I had an issue before with someone, and they told me never to engage with the person and to contact them. And waiting 7 days to cancel an order is unheard of. Mine was done instantaneously. So I don’t know who to believe, seeing we both got different info. I will go right now and cancel your order if I can. Hold on. All I did was try to helllllp you so u wouldn’t get charged twice for shipping. My bad😢

I apologize to u for implying that u weren’t telling the truth, but Posh ALWAYS said to not duke it out with the buyer but to reach out to them. Apparently they changed their policy.
