I have had 1 item never sent. Never had an item sent and not received.
Shipping is wonky right now. Items don’t actually arrive until days after I receive notice they have arrived. Some packages arrive without any notice.
My gnome family is awaiting their new member.

It really odd that it isn’t tracking after Nashua;-/ I hope it’s not the fault of your new gnome!
