ava12s I received these today. Before I go to Poshmark or my credit card company, these are definitely not new. I have been a Poshmark shopper for years and I have never given anything but a 5 star rating. I welcome you to check my record. The shoes soles show significant wear and worst of all, the zippers don’t zip properly. I would have to get them totally replaced to function properly. The zippers get stuck if one attempts to zip them and they will break any moment.

pamelardickson @ava12s I’m happy to provide a refund if you feel appropriate. I wore these inside my apartment and they did not fit, which is why I am selling them. I have never worn these outside and they are brand new suede booties.

ava12s @pamelardickson Yes, I do think it’s appropriate. The zippers are totally not functional. My Mom-In-Law is a seamstress and even she stated that the zipper would have to be replaced on both boots to be able to be taken off and on.

pamelardickson @ava12s I reached out to Poshmark and they’ve said that I cannot relinquish payment, it has to run thru them. Please reach out to poshmark support for next steps here as my hands are tied thru the system.

pamelardickson @ava12s please know this is not intentional at all. By not fitting into the shoes, I did not know the zippers were broken. I do apologize for the inconvenience. Please let me know what poshmark is able to do for you.

ava12s @pamelardickson Before I purchased them I asked you SO many questions and you can see said questions under the shoes. You didn’t answer any of them. I asked about fit, material, style. You said you would take $25 for them. I offered that. You did not reply to that. The only time you replied was when I offered $30, the asking price.

ava12s @pamelardickson You’ll get your money from Poshmark. I’m left with a pair of boots I’d love to donate but the zippers font zip up or down. If they have never been worn and yet you wore them around your apartment how could you not know the zippers did not work? Enough. I don’t understand how you can sell with a good conscience.

ava12s @pamelardickson I am a good person and though the soles are definitely worn and you said they were never worn, I could live with that. The zippers appear to be rusty and broken. Not cool.

pamelardickson @ava12s I told you I am sorry and this was unintentional. I am not in he country currently and these booties have been up for sale for months. I apologize about the zippers- I bought these on final sale, they did not fit me. None of this was intentional. I don’t care about the money from poshmark, but they said all returns have to run thru them. If you want to give me your handle thru vm, I’m happy to work with you that way. I’m not looking for a problem here.
