jshopmycloset @o_barton hi there! You can put the items on hold for a customer by simply editing your listing as " Not For Sale" or by editing the price to a higher amount that obviously nobody wouldn't want to buy for that price. Then on your listing. Edit the Title as " Reserved for.." it's really all up to you how long you wanna put the item on hold for a buyer. Hope that helps. Goodluck🤗

jshopmycloset @o_barton theres no really seller's tools on App for Reserving the item for a customer. And the Posh usually takes 24 hours business days to respond to emails. 🙄 but I'm glad I was able to help you😊
