montanahawk I just got your rating on the hats. I have always gotten 5 star ratings and that is my goal. I am always eager to improve what I do here on Poshmark. How can I improve? I lowered the price, set my bundle at just 2 items and met your offer without suggesting a compromise. You asked for additional pictures and I responded that I would see to that and I did. With that in mind, how could I have improved my seller responsiveness? Next questions in following email.

montanahawk Continuing...I packaged the hats and had them to the post office by noon of the day following your purchase notification? How could that have been improved to a 5 rating? That was Saturday and you are rating this on Monday so I know the Post Office did their job. As to condition, let me know if the hats were damaged in shipping. Which hat was dirty? I certainly wouldn't have sent something I thought needed cleaning. Please, let me know how to improve.
