noellebalfour I am really appalled at this company!! I bought a pair of sneakers, they didn't fit, the seller and I agreed to a return/refund, but we were first timers and didn't know how. Now Poshmark is punishing us for not knowing and refused to refund me the money, keeping their cut... Really poor, messy and disgusting customer service. I don't believe I want to be part of this.They're knowingly stealing from me.
