disneysunkissed @egglantine I am sorry you're concerned w/my feedback. I feel giving insight may help. The new smell to these bags is crisp leather, similar to a new car smell, however your bag smelled of smoke. I've had to air out the bag for the last several days before I could use it.

Every bag comes w/a sticker and registration card with the bags specific number on it so that one may register the bag. For this item to be NOWT the registration card and sticker should've been included to register the bag.

nicholepruitt73 I don't have a problem taking back ALL MY ITEMS, but I want ALL OF THEM. You got all of those items for under $20 and I substitute 1 item, but I am a very reasonable person and stand by anything I sell. So sorry you were not satisfied, and as far as I not being satisfied with the WHOLE POSH EXPERIENCE, it's not like you r new to POSH, ALMOST ALL THE ITEMS U GOT WERE BRAND NEW. SO don't go there. disneysunkissed @nicholepruitt73 So crass to write this on my meet your posher post airing your dirty laundry when sadly all you're doing is attempting to prove you're right for mistreating a patron. Just some food for thought, communicate when something is damaged so your patron has options rather than throwing a bunch of junk in a bag and saying "In place of 535+ piece writing set hope this works for you".

So you understand I dropped the case because your negativity doesn't get to corrupt my space and since you are clearly so desperate and hard up $17.60 you lash out and add further insult to injury. I have donated what was salvageable from the lot and trashed the rest. Best of luck to you in your future endeavors, thankfully I learned my lesson from you
