mmpeaceman @nogram ok this is what you have to do. First click your name bottom right corner . Then scroll down to purchases then click that then click on the purchase you made . Then click problems . There is a option that says item not delivered choose that. Posh will take it from there and get in touch with you by email👍

mmpeaceman Don’t worry you are covered by poshmark. That person cannot get paid unless you accept the order . You also have the right to cancel the order they will tell you that👍👍. Hope this all helps .
