nicolekimble2 @stcloset I accept your apology but I disagree with the statement that the description was accurate. The width is 10 inches not 13. I measured and showed pictures in my statement. The bag is small. I was looking for a med to lrg bag. I can only suggest putting a tape measure next to your items in the future to avoid confusion.

nicolekimble2 @stcloset I did get it and no, I am not happy. I am very disappointed. I trusted your discription. If I had known that your measurements where not accurate I would not have purchased the bag. I specifically wanted a width of 13 or more. This bag is a width of 10 inches. Its more appropriate for a young woman or a teen.

If not, you can return the purse & I can make things right & give you a refund for item not as described. Everything will work out, but really sorry you are not happy.
