Hi Nick, I was just checking tracking on the Tumi bag that you purchased from me. I shipped it last week and it is still in transit. I apologize. It should have been there in two days. I will check tracking tomorrow when the post office reopens after the postal holiday.

Sorry that happened to you but I didnt glue the shoe. Original glue particles can break down over time and that's probably what happened. On posh once you accept an order theres nothing we can do. What your looking at is am easy fix for a beautiful pair of shoes.
